Progress Report for the XXL Freshmen 10 Hip-Hop’s Class Of 09: Ace Hood

The year is halfway over and its time to look at the Freshman 10 Hip-hop's Class of 09.
Somehow since the XXL Freshman 10 Ace Hood has manage to put out with 2 major label album releases. Yes, I said that correctly, "2 major label album releases"! I can say that I have listened to his first one I believe it was titled "Gutta" that came out the end of 08... No comment. Haven't heard the second which up until today when I wrote this, didn't even know existed. One thing he does have a for sure is good team taking care of business. Being able to put out 2 albums in a time when veteran multi-platinum label stars such as Big Boi, and Busta Rhymes are have trouble releasing one is a feat in itself really. Guess DJ Khaled does back live up to his "I work hard" acceptance speech after all. I am thinking Khaled could be this decades version of Master P minus the huge capital.

What I really hate is Re-Releases of albums with only a few bonus tracks. However Raphael Saadiq and Alicia Keys are doing it nonetheless, and they are actually good tracks, so go get "The Way I See it" and "As I Am" if you hadn't done so.
